Participate in our new ministry, Impact!
RLC is a generous congregation, and Impact will help members share their time and talents while discovering the good works performed by nonprofits in the area. Impact hopes to coordinate monthly outreach opportunities, both in-person events as well as options to serve from home, to serve our community and build community within our church. Join us whenever you can!
Make an Impact!

GWOH: Day Devoted to Love of Our Neighbors and Church
The ELCA’s national day of service – “God’s work. Our hands.” Sunday – will take place on September 13. Across the country, thousands of ELCA members will engage in service work to make a positive change in their communities, build and deepen relationships, and share God’s love.
Impact will be planning this year’s celebration but we value YOUR input to make this a purposeful day for our members of all ages and abilities. Aside from a blood drive and potluck, what do you want GWOH to be? If you or your ministry have a project idea or are willing to lead a project, please contact anyone on the Impact planning team: Cathie Irons, Ellen Frost, Nancy Parker, Sharon Bosse, or Becky Schuerman Choi.
Share ideas!
Do you volunteer with a nonprofit that we should support? Heard about an interesting one that we may want to approach? We need to know these things!
